Flex Position Barista (approx. 5-10 hours / week)

Hyggefullr is looking for a Flex Barista to join our team in Hastings. This person should be available most days from 8am – 1pm.

This is a little different from a traditional part-time position. Rather than working the same shifts every week, our Flex Barista helps during events or covers shifts when members of our regular team are on vacation, sick, have appointments, or otherwise need time away. Some shifts will be scheduled well in advance, while others may become available on shorter notice.

This position might be a great fit if you:
• Are looking for work early in the day.
• Have a flexible schedule and are looking for occasional additional hours.
• Don’t necessarily need a set number of hours every week.

Because this is a fill-in position, weekly hours will vary and are not guaranteed. When we know about vacations or planned time off, shifts may be offered weeks in advance. Other shifts may become available with shorter notice.
