You'll:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients
- Help individuals, families, and business owners identify insurance and financial services solutions that fit their needs
- Generate new business through referrals, networking, community involvement, and prospecting
- Conduct client reviews and follow-up conversations
- Support policy changes, renewals, and service requests
- Coordinate appointments and agency communications
- Partner with clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Participate in local events and community outreach efforts
- Collaborate closely with an experienced Financial Advisor and Agency Owner committed to coaching and development
Let's start with the one non-negotiable:
? Active Minnesota Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
You'll also be successful here if you:
- Enjoy meeting new people and building genuine relationships
- Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Are confident communicating both in person and over the phone
- Have previous insurance sales, customer service, or relationship management experience
- Are organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Feel comfortable using technology, CRM systems, and agency software
- Have reliable transportation for occasional client meetings and community events
