Welch Village New Year's Eve Celebration
- Kid's Flashlight Parade on Fowl Play and Torch Light Parade on Lookout at 6:30PM
(all kids are welcome to help with flashlight parade! Meet at the top of Fowl Play at 6:30pm; bring 1-2 flashlights per kid!)
- Fireworks at 7pm
- Live Music: Chin Wiskers from 8pm - 11pm at Mad Jaxx!
