Hastings Chamber Lunch & Learn - Managing Multi Generations in the Workplace

The Hastings Chamber of Commerce and Allina Health will be hosting a Lunch & Learn seminar on Multi Generations in the Workplace, Understanding and Working with Generational Differences.

Guest Speaker: Henry Lee, is the Vice President of Vaughn-Lee and Associates, a human resources consulting firm that helps organizations build more effective and productive work groups.

The one hour presentation is designed to help participants:

• Identify the four generations in the workplace and describe their characteristics, attitudes and values,
• Determine how your approach may need to change when coaching, managing or interacting with employees of different generations, and
• Demonstrate techniques to foster respectful communication with different generations.
