Family and Children activities begin at 5:00 PM with a concert featuring the 451st United States Army Reserve Band\, 88th Reserve Command at 7:00 PM at the River Walk\, Veterans Memorial-Levee\, Rotary Pavilion\, 300 1st Street East.. This is a unique opportunity for the Hastings' community to show its support and salute the men and women of the Armed Forces Community including those currently serving\, their families\, veterans and our Gold Star families.
